"Terminal-Ukrpischesbytsyryo" LTD is constructing the vegetable oil terminal. The facility consisting of total storage space of 35,000 cubic meters, will be capable of annually handling up to 250,000 tons of all types of vegetable oils:
EXPORT
Sunflower seed oil, Rapeseed oil, Others.
IMPORT
Palm oil, Palm kernel oil, Palm stearin, Coconut oil, Olive oil, Others.
Oil storage tanks, similar to a thermos, will be equipped with heating coils inside and thermo-insulation outside the tanks. Depending on the kinds of oil, the handling temperature may reach up to 70 degrees centigrade.
Currently, the outdated Ukrainian deep-water oil terminals exclude the possibility of storing imported oils that require a high handling temperature. Therefore, bulk imported oil is loaded directly from a vessel into tank cars. The consequences are easy to predict-high risk of demurrage of the vessel.
The modern technology applied at "Terminal-Ukrpischesbytsyryo" LTD oil facility will enable us to receive large amount of imported oils into the storage tanks, store them and ship smaller amounts ranging from tank truck size up to several thousand tons.
Should you need to deliver your vegetable oil to or from the terminal, the tank car fleet of "Terminal-Ukrpischesbytsyryo" LTD is at your service.
This important technological object constructed by the Ukranian-American design will enable to throughput vegetable oils with the minimum charges and will allow to develop and to expand food-processing, cosmetic and medical industry.
At this moment the Oil Terminal includes:
  one 5,000 cubic meters and one 3,000 cu meters storage tanks and three storage tanks of 1,000 cu meters each and seven storage tanks are being constructed (4 x 500 cubic meters, 2 x 700 cubic meters and 1 x 250 cubic meters);
the pipeline system equipped with heating system and "pigging" system;
the rail siding with 12 discharge lots;
the rail and truck scales;
the laboratory;
American Viking pumps have the capacity of 250 tones per hour and do not froth the product.
The Oil Terminal renders to the clients the following services:
delivery of the tank cars from rail yard to the Terminal;
double weighing of tank cars and trucks;
express - analysis of quality of oil;
storage period - up to 30 day;
loading product into the vessel;
certification of the product (quality, origin, draft survey, radiology);
other services under the requirement of the client.
